Reprocessing Scantron ScoreIT™ Test Files

Once test files are processed into reports, Scantron ScoreIT moves them from your USB drive to C:\Documents and Settings\[yourusername]\My Documents\TestFiles\Archive. If necessary, you can navigate to this folder and move the files back to your USB drive for reprocessing.

You may need to reprocess test files once the files have been processed into reports. For example, if you discovered that you chose the wrong profile after viewing the test results or that you need to make changes to the profile (see Setting Up Profiles for details on setting up or changing profiles).

To reprocess test files:

1. Close Scantron ScoreIT.
2. Insert your USB drive into your computer's USB port.
3. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\[yourusername]\My Documents\TestFiles\Archive and locate the test result set(s) you want to reprocess.

The name of the original ITD (test set) file is located in the header of the Class Results report.

4. Copy the test result sets you want to reprocess from C:\Documents and Settings\[yourusername]\My Documents\TestFiles\Archive to the ScoreIT folder on your USB drive.
5. Open Scantron ScoreIT and view results as usual.
